Dividend
Saab’s long-term dividend policy is to distribute 20-40 percent of net income to the shareholders over a business cycle.
For the financial year 2023, the Annual General Meeting decided on a dividend of SEK 6.40 per share. The proposed dividend corresponds to 25 per cent of net income and is in line with the long-term dividend policy.
In order to facilitate a more efficient cash management, the dividend is proposed to be paid out in two equal instalments. At the first instalment, SEK 3.20 per share is paid with the record date Monday, 15 April 2024. At the second instalment, which takes place after the 4:1 share split, SEK 0.80 per share is paid with the record date Tuesday, 8 October 2024. Payment of the dividend is expected to be made on Thursday 18 April 2024 and Friday 11 October 2024, respectively.
